The Hibiscus Coast has both wonderful weather and beautiful sandy beaches. We have a variety of water sports to enjoy , Manly beach being the home of Manly sailing club. Take the opportunity to ‘Learn to windsurf’’. Kite surfing is popular here, also, kayaking, swimming and many other recreations.

The Hibiscus Coast has many attractions to offer the explorer, including:- Golfing, sailing, walking. Visit Silverdale with its Snow Planet, The Luge & Go-Karting.

There are markets at Silverdale, Orewa & Matakana on a Saturday morning and Takapuna on a Sunday.

There are Ferry trips from Gulf Harbour Marina to surrounding Islands, regular services to Auckland.
